  5. Portly (adjective) – stout, plump, fat, overweight.
  6. Shore up (phrasal veb) – support, help, assist.
  7. Vend (noun) – small stall.
  8. Bacchanalian (adjective) – involving drunken revelry (wild behaviour in a noisy way after someone drunk).
  9. Coffers (adjective) – funds, resources, finances; treasury, exchequer.
