Reasoning puzzles quiz ..

In a party there are eight friends in which four are boys and remaining are girls, in which girls are Ela, Ishita, Chitra and Diya and boys are Badal, Hitesh, Faruq and Ganesh. In between these eight friends one girl and one boy are the host. They are sitting around a rectangular table. Three are on the longer side of the rectangular table and hosts are on the remaining side. Some additional information is given below:


(a) All four girls are sitting adjacent to each other and Diya is 3rd right of Ganesh.
(b) Ganesh is the host sitting 2nd left of Chitra. Hitesh and Chitra are sitting opposite to each other.
(c) Ishita is 3rd left of Ganesh. Faruq is third left of Ela

E, F, G, H, I and J are six members of a club and they like different type of Novels to read viz, the white Tiger, Two states, the guide, A suitable Boy, Revolution 2020 and the wolf but not necessarily in the same order. I is taller than E and H and he likes to read the Guide. The tallest among them reads a suitable Boy. F likes to read the White Tiger. The shortest among them reads the wolf. F and H neither read the wolf nor a suitable Boy. G reads the Wolf. I is between E and F in order of height.

Ten persons John, Krish, Leon, Menon, Nathan, Pollock, Queen, Ricky, Smith and Tret are sitting in two rows with five persons in each row. The persons in row one are facing south and the persons in row two are facing north. Each person in row one faces a person from the other row.

All of them like a different soft drink, viz Sprite, Slice, Pepsi, Maaza, Fanta, Mirinda, Limca, 7up, Nimbooz and Cola, but not necessarily in the same order.
The persons who like Fanta and Mirinda sit opposite each other. Pollock sits opposite John, who likes Sprite. The one who likes Slice sits opposite the one who likes 7up. Tret is not facing north but sits third to the left of Queen, who likes Slice. There is only one person between Krish and Leon. Nathan sits at one of the ends of the row and likes Mirinda. The one who likes 7up is on the immediate right of Menon, who does not like Cola.
The persons who like Pepsi and Maaza respectively are not facing north. Leon likes Limca. The one who likes Maaza sits opposite the one who is second to the right of Krish. Smith does not like Cola. Nathan sits opposite the one who sits second to the left of the one who likes Pepsi

Eight persons P, Q, R, S, W, X, Y and Z are sitting in two parallel rows having four persons each. In row-I all the persons are facing south and in row-II all the persons are facing north. In the given seating arrangement each member seated in row-I faces another member of row-II.
The one who faces Y is third to the right of S, who is facing south. There is only one person between Y and Z. P is not an immediate neighbour of S and does not sit at any of the extreme ends of the row and the one who faces W sits on the immediate right of R. P is not facing north. There is only one person between X and W. Q is not facing north.



(i) There is a group of five person viz. P, Q, R, S and T
(ii) They have different profession viz. Teacher, Journalist, Advocate, Doctor and Pilot.
(iii) Three of them P, R and Pilot prefer watching T.V to playing and two of them Q and Advocate prefer playing to watching
T.V.
(iv) The Doctor and S and P are friends to one another but two of them prefer playing to watching T.V.
(v) The Teacher is R's brother

M, N, O, P, Q, R, S and T are sitting around a circular table facing the centre but not necessarily in the same order. T and R are not immediate neighbour of Q. P is not immediate neighbour of O and S. N is infront of Q. O is second to the left of N, who is immediate left of S.


A group of seven friends S, T, U, V, W, X and Y has four males and three females. Each of them has a different type of watch, viz Titan, HMT, Rado, Fastrack, Reebok, Casio and Tissot, and each of them has passed out from a different college – GLA, HCC, PTC, RKC, GNC, SPDC and SRMC but not necessarily in the same order. None of the females has Casio or Titan. U has Rado and she has passed out from GNC. S has passed out from SPDC. T does not have Fastrack. W has Tissot and has passed out from HCC. X has Titan and has not studied in GLA. Y has Casio and has studied in PTC. The one who has Fastrack has passed out from SRMC. The one who has HMT has studied in GLA. None of the female members has studied either in SPDC or in HCC

There are seven different types of games, viz T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z, being played on different days of a week starting from Monday and ending on Sunday. V is played on Thursday. Two games are played between game V and game X. Only one game is played between game T and game U. Game T is not played on the day immediately before or immediately after the day when game V is played. Game Z is played on the day immediately before the day on which Game W is played. Game U is not played after game Y

.

J, K, L, M, N, O, P and R are sitting in a straight line facing north. Each of them was born in different years - 1971, 1975, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1984, 1985 and 1990 but not necessarily in the same order.
M is sitting second to the right of K. L is sitting third to the right of J. L and J are born before 1980. The person who born in 1984 is sitting exactly between J and K. N who is the eldest is not an immediate neighbour of J and M. R is older than only M .R is sitting second to the left of P.P is not an immediate neighbour of N. J is younger than L. K was born before O who is not an immediate neighbour of N.
